About us

Robert Hooper Photography provides photographic services throughout South East England, including wedding photography and portrait photography, photographic services and photographic prints and products.

Our privacy policy

Customer information such as address details and contact information may be collected in order to process transactions. All customer information supplied is considered private and confidential, and will not be sold to third parties. Any financial information supplied may be kept on file for as long as is necessary to serve our customers. Financial information will not be stored any longer than is necessary to complete individual transactions.

Information security

Robert Hooper is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our premises and files, and we authorise access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities.

Customer Service Correspondence

If you send us correspondence, including emails and faxes, we may retain such information in the records of your account. We will also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence to you in order to keep records of our relationship, and to measure and improve our customer service. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

Shipping

Goods may be either collected in person by prior arrangement, or may be shipped to customers by Royal Mail or courier service depending on individual customer requirements. All prices for postage and packing will be clearly displayed prior to point of sale. Certain items may be available for delivery by electronic transfer, on request. All items must be paid for prior to delivery.

Returns and amendments

If you need to return a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible, giving full details of any problems.

Amendments to orders are subject to the order's current progress when notification is recieved: if possible, we will endeavour to make alterations as requested, but if an order has already been processed this may be impossible, or may incur a further charge.

Digital files: digital files cannot be returned or amended after delivery.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations or requests for re-scheduling of anything other than wedding photography must be received in writing at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If we are able to reasonably re-schedule within your requested timeframe we will try to do so, but this cannot be guarunteed. Missed appointments and cancellations without 48 written hours notice will be charged at our normal hourly rate.
